Refund Policy

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original shoe boxes and must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item does not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days from the processing date for the funds to appear in your account.

Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days, beginning the day after you receive your goods.

As orders are usually processed immediately, we may be unable to prevent an order from being dispatched after it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it and return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you require a different size, colour or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
