Refund policy

Your items must be returned within 14 days and must be in their original shoe boxes and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.

• Returns postage fees are at your own cost.
• We will provide you with a refund for the item(s) within 14 days of our receipt.
• All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order made online within a period of 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. Please note, orders are usually processed immediately, meaning we can't always stop the order from being delivered once it is placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it and return it to us.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase.
